It’s important that you kind of see the traffic and it kind of have some viewpoints to the the attendant that’s looking at the trash and looking at the song waste itself the good we need mirrors. So you’re still probably have some cameras and stuff like that to eat and some some of the stuff but yeah, you’re not looking at mirrors and stuff like that. So we’ll be a direct view you might got to still you do whatever you want first. Oh, yeah. So yeah. So in the scale house itself, there’s a bathroom for the attendant. And then there’s also a main bathroom, which is 88 compliant.

3:00 There will be a Sherry a shower area in case somebody has something that spills on them and oil Solid Waste least she so there will be a shower area. Obviously. This is an ADA confined bathroom a staff great room a sink a small mini fridge that will be under the counter and this will allow for look at toaster, you know microwave oven and then a little cable. We are trying to make this. a not lead compliant, but looking at making sure that It hits all the requirements for kind of leads Construction in a way. So we have an airlocker. So we’re trying it’s gonna be a

But trying to make sure that you maintain your heat your cool you have an airlocker. So the idea is that the employees walk in the door is closed and then you can walk into the break rooms or into the scale office and you won’t lose any heat or AC and there are lockers you’ll have some benches for you know for changing and some small lockers for our coats and some minor things like that that’s open and open area. Once you get into the air Locker. Yep, so changing and yes, you’re just like taking a coat put on the code not like taking off their full clothes. If you’re gonna take off your full clothes you’re doing that in the bathroom. So I would hope

They generally run back to a main location where everything kind of gets time back into electrical grid. again, we’re trying to be the we’re not reliant on the solar but we would like

And do the fact that we’re dealing with multiple Heights, they’ll actually be true transaction doors like drawers. So

Boat shrink wrap and stuff like that when I try to capture all that we’ll also like so we’ll have some additional area around here. We can do some additional items. So if there’s anything that we need to look at what is flex area mean so Flex area could be like, you know, sort of a commercial guy that needs to drop off a TV. Okay, you can place the TV in the flex area.

We’ve spoken to electric light about possibly buying this for us, but we are going to be solar ready so Cliffs and all that stuff we’ll decide on the solar panels beforehand and all the clips would be installed this projects. Um, the compound actor building itself is going to have a like a fiberglass metal siding again. We’re the idea is so to fill the whole thing up with solar. So again, you’re gonna have it on both, you know on two side, which is the prevailing sunlight side. And then on the other side of the back side would be a transition. Channels, so that would provide sunlight to come in and like the facility City wouldn’t need any lighting and stuff like that. This will have a large overhang door

15:59 most likely a roll-up door so we can close down when we’re not there during the day or you know at night time and stuff like that and make sure nothing’s getting it um We’ll also have or installing two exhaust fans one on the lower Edge and one on the higher Edge just to provide then exhaust any dust that’s coming. So it’s not coming out towards the front. It’s not gonna prevent all the dust but just a good exhaust system. The other buildings that we’re looking at obviously the one of the main buildings is the swap shed.

16:41 So the swap s*** is a pretty open building. And obviously this is in the swap proposed SWAT area. We have a lot of parking. The one thing that Dana is doing differently. We’d always talked about having the buildings this way. We’re gonna turn the building which gives the attendance and everybody a little bit more space to open the doors and bring some material out and that provides it will probably add some volunteer. So to prevent traffic and stuff like that provides items to be able to pull out moves, you know from the shed itself and then kind of be set up and so people can get to it easily. Recognize with just about this shed. This isn’t

So currently though we have two cans up there and they’re sitting right in this area. So that was the idea was that to take over that space and take over the space that was originally designated for the swap shop and it gives us a little bit more layout room and you need our little spaces here. You need all these spaces and where they create more spaces as well. Saturday is a very busy Swap Shop day. We want to make sure there’s ample parking and then safe passage from the parking to the stock s*** itself. So that means the people will be walking on those roads. That’s very busy. We have the whole inbound traffic area that we won’t be using so we can easily strike this area provide more pain parking and then provide some crosswalks to get people over to the software thing and that’s very sure that’s so safe.

It could be a cement post of all it’s just something that’s gonna prevent, you know protect the structure of the building or people. You said you want them to be movable. So it’s different different areas. So

We’re we’re Bringing a really impressive spot shed that’s got you know some utility and some gonna be welcoming and inclusive to community members and maybe just get some of that story going to bed. We did not proceed with making recommendations yet. There were some questions and that conversation came up in terms of the budget for my understanding is that the Counseling Center proposed a request for 140,000 in arpa funds and then the Board of Health requested $60,000 in our book fund Sports mental health so we know so we were the Board of Health was awarded the 200,000 dollars right for mental officer, you know, but and so the board has to decide how they’re gonna do that. It doesn’t matter what the Counseling Center requested doesn’t
