1:59 Marblehead Beacon an online Marblehead newspaper sponsored of writing competition for high school students interested in journalism over the past several months two local businesses generously provided cash prizes for the winner so we Suites owners doctors and Emily DeWitt in the property twins realtor Steph Curran and Tracy forlaw the three outstanding authors elected to see these prizes are all seasons of Marblehead High School as are the two authors select to receive honorable mention the first place winner is Benji Boyd a sophomore at Marblehead High School second is Bella Takata a junior at Marblehead High School in third place is Marblehead freshman Tessa France the three winners took home will combined a

2:45 total of 500 in the first place litter then she will be a regular contributorial a little bit more Kate konos the senior at Marblehead High School in Pauline Geisler and I apologize I’m butchering anybody a junior at Marblehead High School who was here on an exchange program from Germany both received honorable mention from I just want to note that the fact that we have someone who’s an exchange student feeling comfortable enough in their environment to enter and get honorable mention really speaks to what an inclusive environment is provided here at Marblehead high school and I was so happy to hear that they had had so many participants in this

3:32 um and that you know whatever’s going on you’re going really well because we have kids that just just got here feeling that they can be part of these things so I thought that that was absolutely wonderful wonderful I just want to congratulate all the winners um my other are two other comment agents the first uh the other one is two dot one of our cross cards at the intersection of Pleasant Street Village who has been amazing through this entire transition and kept kids safe and interactive traffic and got kids where they need to be and that was no easy feat this week so I just want to commend her for that um and also as I walked into the lobby today uh it struck me as I I saw the

4:17 wall of art there but I wanted to give accommodation to our Fine Arts teachers because you know anybody that’s entering any of our buildings and seeing on display some of the projects these kids are doing or anyone who has the opportunity to attend you know the band concert orchestra concert or chorus really can see the work in progress and it’s amazing um I’m really proud of our program so I wanted to mend our Fine Arts teachers as well all right that moves us along to our student representative yes thank you uh on October 12th uh the high school had a day Zero where each grade spent time working on either community service of PSAT or College Planning and I wanted

5:04 to commend MHS staff for their efforts on the day and for following up afterwards it was a really helpful day for me and I know for many other students as well uh tomorrow on October 21st the high school will be taking a school-wide risk behavior survey and Magic books next Thursday on October 27th uh the high school hosts the eighth grade open house and this is a great chance for both parents and uh incoming freshmen to see the school and also many of the clubs we have advice the drama club held open auditions for the drama Festival play this week uh several honors societies uh either have had or rules have induction soon including the national green School Society on October 13th uh the Triumph music Honor Society and the National Art

5:49 Honor Society will have theirs on October 26th and the National Honor Society will have theirs uh in terms of class news The Freshman Class elected officers on October 7th I wanted to wish congratulations to the new class leaders and also to everyone who ran uh the sophomore class held a Chipotle fundraiser yesterday on October 19th uh next week the junior class will begin selling their powder pop clothes application and for seniors uh he chose Powder Puff coaches uh this past weekend and also uh there was a financial aid night on October 18th for sports sports excuse me I want to wish congratulations to the boys cross country team for their second place

6:35 finish out of 28 teams at the Glennon Twilight Invitational uh for soccer the girls have their senior night on October 18th the boys had their senior night yesterday on the 19th and both teams had games today versus Peabody uh football cheerleading and band have your senior night on October 14th golf Panthers senior night on October 12th of your day brother and volleyball as a game tomorrow and their senior night so thank you very much

8:12 with thought exchange overview and presentation by Dr Buffy

8:32 all right we completed our first uh thought exchange and it was very successful uh Stephen quietek and I had an opportunity to work with the onboarding specialist um and had a lot of positive uh feedback for an initial exchange just as a reminder uh thought exchange did not come out of the operating bucket um it was purchased through uh other funds and it really has the capacity to be a tool for the school committee for the superintendent for our building leaders and a student facing uh tool so I’ll show some examples of how districts are using it with students at the end of the presentation some data um we had 500 participants 247 dots 14 781 ratings

9:47 so an interesting data point is that 60 ratings uh the onboarding specialist said uh she would have told us if that number were 20 to 30 that would have been exceptional for an initial launch and I said look this is Marblehead and people are very comfortable in sharing their thoughts and that were out in our survey just some demographic uh information um in thought exchange you do not have to participate in all three Realms of the exchange you can offer a thought you can rate a thought or you can just review the thoughts of others interestingly predominant language was English but we did have a Korean speaker Portuguese and Russian take the survey

10:33 in their native language this just gives you some demographic information obviously the overwhelming majority of participants were our parents and Guardians we had 17 of staff and two percent of community members and we’ve got some things to do to push this out better to community and students the next time so one thing I noticed with these numbers are although it’s you know 81 parents and only

11:01 six of our staff that participated this I would say roughly 15 to 20 of Staff per second in the survey versus maybe closer to 10 to 12 percent of parents look at how many parents do you have and how many staff you have so it’s still it’s a good amount of feedback you’re getting and they’re engaging Megan you have any of that yes thank you so John just noticing that it’s only two percent community members how did we push us out to anyone who’s not on Aspen we’re gonna tweet it out next time and make sure that it gets pushed out in other uh like on social media pages so that we have greater uh Community with us

11:57 then there’s just a breakdown of schools I thought it was interesting that the schools uh were uh relatively common 17 14 17 16 and then the high school uh with 36 uh participation rate um one other I spoke my question was that our high schools by far yep okay John John just one question there maybe I just um couldn’t figure it out but if you have students in multiple schools was there a way to identify that yes and I’m gonna dish to Stephen I’m gonna give the initial explanation for that because when we were developing uh The Exchange I said in Marblehead we have a number of families that have students in two three four of our

12:43 schools and they said you can click that people can check multiple boxes but it’s going to skew your data because it’s not going to align the data the rating that you’re giving to something as a brown student or a clubber parent a Middle School Parent and Stephen if you want to jump in and offer any clarification I’d open that to you sure can you can you hear me yep yep so the explanation was that if I am a parent at a high school in middle school and elementary school and I gave a thought that plot would then also go into three Pockets so it in a way when it’s kind of skewed the data when we’re looking at it later and

13:29 so that’s why I suggested to Dr Buffy that we asked for which it’s called a more identify with so that we would get uh better data looking at it as we move forward even is there like just speaking at some one of those people that has children everywhere um you know I I just went with my oldest because of what I just tend to do but I might have been answering a lot of questions to the view of around School parent or something like that so my question is is there a way to click all that apply but then to designate when you’re going through what lens you’re looking at this with because I can see the plus I can see what you’re saying but I also could see where

14:15 it might be skewed where a lot of parents might have just clicked where the majority of their kids are or their oldest or whatever yeah those feel somewhat like it excuse the dad in another way I I understand and agree with that too um we were looking at the um data and we wanted to make sure that you know if somebody was going to be talking about issues with let’s say the bathrooms and and we’re seeing more issues let’s say at the high school than at when the elementary schools I find my parent and I had checked off three schools that would be saying that there was a problem with bathrooms at all three of the schools that I had checked off so we

15:13 it can be done we can allow for multiple checkups it just we have to when we go back to look at the data realize that it will be sometime soon when we’re looking at um different thoughts or if or maybe that you can there’s a box for multiple schools schools we couldn’t that can easily be another option

15:41 so they so they give you um an opportunity to see graphically um what kind of bubble to the surface as main themes I don’t know if the colors come through well but they uh similar themes get similar colors so like healthier lunch food those are a similar color traffic Town Safe Transportation are all similar and so that’s how the graphic representation of that these were just some of the top themes that emerged staff retention I will say that staff were a little reticent about this because there has been past in the community where anonymous online

16:27 postings have not always painted staff and they were fearful that the thought exchange might a few things about thought exchange anytime someone is identified or they feel the algorithm feels that it is personally identifying information it pulls that posting and the exact opposite happened here our staff really got a lot of positive feedback and people that are promoting how hard our staff are working and how valuable those receive some of the highest ratings so and I hope that that felt good to our staff to be aware of how valued they are um um so I was joking with uh Matt the

17:12 principal at vets that a 10-minute outside was one of the top rated themes and I said I don’t know if it was because it was one of the earlier posted and people had an opportunity and that seemed like that resonated with him um but uh that was one of the themes that emerged and then another thing about how we can support our teachers I love the tentative idea

17:41 again I’m a data company but you can see how many people responded to something so it’s really helpful to see this had a high rating and it had a lot of people respond to it versus since we have gotten a high or a low rating but maybe only had 12 people that felt that way so it’s really great data um what I would like to know is how so when I did it it gives you those first 30 and then it says you can keep going how does that exchange decide which thoughts pushing out more readily to people to read as I understand it’s randomized okay and it is there’s not there’s an algorithm behind the scenes for them okay but it isn’t based on a user or that they’ve been on okay all right

18:27 so the next thing Thoughts by topic and part of our exchange people offered such a wide variety that it was hard to categorize like we need a homecoming at the high school or I’m concerned about something else and so the themes or common words so the largest category of thoughts in general was that miscellaneous followed by program which included everything from the AP program to a social promotional learning program budget time curriculum parents where you can boil it down narrow it down a little bit is how it was scored and so you can see the themes as they were scored

19:12 pretty evenly across the board budget in the top spot lunch staff time later start which was very interesting a number of people talked about school start and end times with the particular emphasis on a later start time for our secondary students which is sometimes the third rail in districts but through this thought exchange that’s something that may be worthy of a forum in the future bullying mental health program technology

19:45 a lot of things about town infrastructure sidewalks I don’t know if the construction projects or that generated that but uh Town got a number of exchange dots what’s nice then is it gives you the themes the actual uh posts by people according to those themes so you see a budget and I’m not going to read through all of these but it speaks to Sarah’s point on what was the star reading did it get and how many people participated in writing that and um this will all be posted I’ll link this in the update tomorrow in case everyone feels like too quickly um lunch gave commentary on uh lunch improving things looking for healthier options or Food Services in general

20:32 again gives you the star ratings and how many people participated staff lots of positive comments on staff um staff retention how can we support our teachers again people concerned with the Exodus from many districts and you know that’s a national thing people leaving the profession then specialist teachers general education a lot of interesting feedback we could have weekly forums based on this Exchange um mental health how can I see you but I’m going to let Dr Becky kind of go through these thoughts so mental health um anxiety depression Suicide Prevention uh the impact of social media on students and staff in the community um anxiety um

21:18 um um somewhat comforting is the work that I know that’s already underway Gina Hart is doing at the high school um Yasin just announced the universe Behavior survey is being administered again but there were a number of comments on mental health so I think there’s opportunity to continue to do work and then town just because I thought it was interesting I added this uh slide to give people kind of a flavor for what people were talking about in terms of town and again these are not picked by me as the moderator this is all generated by the thought exchange machine and so the way that people were to question or the words that they you or with people were to response or the

22:05 words they use in the response help to categorize it this I think is a very interesting feature of the thought exchange it looks for people that were

22:22 responses that appear to be on opposite ends of something yeah polarizing and more polarizing excellent word and so there has been a belief that there is a group that controls the narrative on something and that there’s another group that just sits that doesn’t comment as much this kind of brings that out you see on the side a where people are making comments side B would be seen by the machine again this is not me as the moderator saying these this seems to be opposite of that view and so you have 127 in the blue area which would be the side

23:09 a and you have the 47 49 on the green side which is side B and how they rated one another’s thoughts so the Dei rated 4.6 by people on the left hand side of the column but 1.8 on the right hand side of the column on side B you have the uh thing about sex in relation uh relationship educational materials be shared people on site B rated that 4.7 where people on the left side rated at 1.7 and we have that for a number of areas but that sweet spot in the middle that Venn diagram where you get the purple

23:55 4.3 4.5 for foot some outside form of resets or uh break after lunch or the vets and then staff retention and attraction that seemed to be where people found Common Ground okay so the way I read this feels like everybody can come together in appreciation of our staff and I just want to highlight that yes that that everybody’s in agreement that we appreciate what everyone is doing but it does seem to be that there’s this other one topic that seems you polarizing becoming this right and apparently everyone feels strong about vet so yes that was quick to point out in the leadership meeting today that we could not meet time on learning by doing that he had the immediate calculation so I don’t want anyone no but

24:40 that is not what I would to let everyone lined up on them right and there’s a part of me that’s not at all surprised because again it said something that’s sort of been in the back of my head as we’ve had these conversations about you know looking at the length of our school day and our recess and everything and I you know they’re not that they like to think they’re really big kids in the hell are at the Vets but in reality you know we’re talking about 12 and 13 year olds so they’re still kids that you know do better when they get their wiggles out what was interesting to me was when I looked through at the time my gosh I don’t even know a lot of comments a lot of times a lot of them didn’t seem to answer the questions

25:26 and that was telling that because our Tech question was what would you like to see form topics on and it seemed like we got a ton of data but the data we got was almost answering a question that wasn’t asked of it seemed like they were answering what do you feel passionate like what are you upset about versus what would you like a forum topic on and so I think we need to do some Community Education if you will on what are better ways to get the data we’re asking for if you will because we got a ton of data and it’s all super super useful but at the same time a lot of these comments didn’t actually answer the question we were asking because you know my takeaway guys

26:16 all right oh no questions I think Allison I’m going to kick Allison no no problem sorry I have no voice so I apologize um I just I’m wondering so I’m looking at the thought exchange myself and seeing so much great information and this is really super helpful I think it is a shame that number five didn’t get in there because it actually got 85 votes which is more than than the other two but it was only rated up a 4.2 instead of 4.3 which talks about ensuring that our children at all levels get what they need and are challenged appropriately I just think it’s an important call out um since it’s something that we’ve heard

27:03 so much and it’s number five on the list of 200 and whatever but I didn’t see that it was in any of these buckets either and again I certainly understand how hard it is to bucket things since it’s almost like so many people’s different thoughts um instead of answering the question like Sarah noted um I just wanted to call that out so I think it’s important is is there a way to tell Dr Bucky what the

27:37 to be interested in if you can give me a you don’t have to pull it up right now but if you can let me know um what what thought had the most engagement or was there a top five that had the most they might not have had the highest ranking but I’d like to know what what did most people feel worthy of engaging in and then what that data seized out of that company you know was it something that had a ton of Engagement and everyone felt solidly three about it or was it something that had a lot of Engagement and everyone felt a different way or that it was very polarizing and people felt extreme and therefore the average became one thing I really like about this program is you my understanding is from what I saw when I was digging into it

28:23 and looking through um well it was live was you really can if you are a data person you can dig into million different levels of data because you know the rankings themselves don’t necessarily tell the whole story but you have in the engagements don’t tell the whole story but you have to really look at it in a holistic way so I think it can be a useful tool and then just in closing um one as the moderator I don’t go in and root out thoughts um participants can flag a thought but there was a conception out there that I was withholding the machine will pull thoughts that they think identify

29:11 someone are profane are targeting are nonsensical like one that regime canceled was somebody put nothing nothing like that was why when I saw it still and I was like huh and so it pulled it uh from that and there is a running record of what the machine holds okay so and just to end um I reached out uh to our onboard specialist and said can you give me some examples of a student-facing option for Thought exchange and so just some general pulse checks addressing stress and mental health um if you’re doing a principal search what is it that students are looking for in principle or uh additional exchange questions what would you uh what would improve your learning experience at

29:57 school and I love this one what type of stress would be affecting these would you like to see available at school I think that would be really helpful to our announcements so I did ask our leadership team today to be thinking about exchanges they could run with students and the staff of government kind of a high school student actually like the one above it it’s I think the councilors at the high school level can put in so many things that kids are going to default into accessing time to do their homework and and so I think that we get a lot of really interesting data at the high school level from uh that first one on Mental Health but I think maybe a village the kids much more aptitude part in stress relief activities and yeah which is good because you’re building

30:43 skills then at that point so yeah and you know

30:50 we’ve been we’ve been fortunate here in town for the most part in getting ahead of this stuff but you know as I see newscasts and hear things that are happening around our region and different things we’re still seeing the after effects in a very big way um on these kids and it makes you know it makes me as a parent as if there’s so many members it’s a great walls um you know and it’s this might be a great way to identify the kids that might otherwise not get identified because they’re quiet and just going along this might be a really good tool that changes so I I would like to see this used in

32:07 thank you okay I’m good to go all right um so I’m just gonna kind of tell you what has been happening in the district that is supporting some of the teaching and learning strategics initiatives and the overarching Strategic objective based on our plan for success I want to just remind everyone in the community what the Strategic objective is embedded in our plan for success and that is to fully align teaching them learning Pre-K at 12. with our multi-tiered assistance of support framework to ensure all students meet or exceed academic and social emotional learning experiences

32:53 so targeting two specific areas this year which are um 1.1 strategic initiative which is to develop consistent systems common assessments and processes for data inquiry and Analysis to support instructional excellence in student group so how are we doing that well um this year we are being very strategic in how we’re using our after school time with teachers so um for a contract our teachers meet once um every three times a month on a Wednesday afternoon and so one of those Wednesdays a month is applicated to our plan for Success so what we have done is

33:39 schools are working in planning for Success teams for that hour Laboratory so principles gave teachers the autonomy to select what group they wanted to work in those groups are aligned to our strategic plans so some examples are um a Dei group a um we have um

34:15 we have a Technology Group working together we have a Social and emotional group working together so every school once a month all the staff is focused on our district strategic so they have a voice and a place to help inform the daily and monthly work our plan forward um we have also allocated some professional Learning Community time during the day um once a week our staff gets professional development and some of that professional development time is being guided through protocols and

35:00 authentic student assessment data so the teachers are not just talking at data but understanding what the data is the story that the data is telling and planning for next steps so there’s an expression out there our data is only as good as what you do with it so this is a process that in a structure that we’re starting to embed in our work that brings students outcomes forward through the analysis of data um we are also really focused on providing that multi-tiered assistance of support professional development to help our teachers um make the most out of our Wind Block

35:46 and our Wind Block who’s time allocated for students to work at their instructional level when is short for what I need so that students are getting both challenge at Richmond they’re getting all different kinds of experiences based on what their academic and social emotions are um and I’m also working with Matt Fox and um in really enhancing some of the processes that we have to identify students that are struggling in the classroom and how do we talk about those kids how do we provide additional supports for those students as a as a teacher leadership team so those are some of the great things happening

36:31 happening happening um the other strategic initiative that we have that we’re addressing this year is aligning Curriculum by engaging curriculum mapping that includes includes of spoken sequence I’m happy to report to the committee that our scope and sequence K through b is really strong that we have a really tightening and teachers are talking about how much that’s helping them um systematically approach the curriculum that they need to cover by pacing assessments where it is all that fit throughout their year and at the high school they are finishing up that process and it’s what we hopefully they’ll be able to present sometime in December

37:17 and so now next step is the curriculum mapping that means we’re using what what is happening and when it’s happening to the how it’s happening so the curriculum mapping is the how so now we have the sequence which tells the submitting what and the curriculum amount is the how what materials are we using what resources are we using curriculum or losing assessments are we using and building them so um I will say I’ve worked in a lot of districts and this is the first time that I feel like a lot majority of the work that I do is to a district strategic which is really um how it’s supposed to we’re supposed to be living documents are supposed to guide our work and I really feel like

38:15 um so I I actually had a couple so I had the opportunity to um zoom in to the selections meeting where they talked about the our appointments last week and they talked about how the new guidelines that came out I believe in April re-categorize priorities and learning loss is now a priority so I you know being in my role really wanted to push for us to you know get what we need there so through this work for the planning for Success are there are there things that are coming out um that that seem obvious like you know at one point John had said he started to identify areas of personal compute interest in that we might need or

39:02 whatever stuff like that would be my opinion it’d be really appropriate to ask and Lobby for Arco funding for so through this work with clinic for Success um you don’t have to answer tonight but can you be thinking of it through the lens of what aligns with our plan for success but also addresses the idea of learning loss and other deficits that may have existed before the pandemic that are you know one-time funds like for instance in my head jumps and reading bought a new GLA curriculum and had this widespread support for that do those do those needs exist here and can you help us identify those so that um

39:47 um um we as a school committee and an Administration can then go and Lobby for the funding to be spent um to help combat what is the government’s now labeled as a as a number one priority absolutely I feel like especially the work connected to the curriculum building as we get deeper into um the how and we’re identifying gaps in that we see things that need to be covered and introduced and Mastered by students and we don’t necessarily have the correct curriculum for that yeah um I could definitely see where some of those issues and needs will because this seems like a perfect funding source yeah

40:33 you and staff are doing the work to get backup data to request that so I think it’s it could really come together yeah all right and I will just also put a plug-in for the teachers in the work they’re doing to refine how the wind blocks are being used at the elementary level that is a huge space that has been parked out created to really meet kids so we’re pushing kids together to exceed at their at their level so I’m I’m happy that we have that space now it’s about getting a curriculum intuitives enhance the teachers to to move those opportunities okay and again you know going with

41:20 everything up at number five that we’re meeting the community feel strongly that we are meeting kids needs where they’re at whether that be means getting them to grade level teaching them where they are at grade level or for kids that are performing above giving them those are enrichments so I think that’s you know the iready is another good tool that we’re using that identify that um and so hopefully with all these tools and we can put the package together we’ve made a lot of progress as a district in the last year and a half in terms of being ready for these deeper conversations okay I know just you know from looking digging into my own personal I read data so we were talking about this while we were reading from the meeting it’s any period that hasn’t seen it it’s it’s

42:06 informative it really you can see where your children are where they need to go or what regression they’re having so if if you haven’t dug into that data I would encourage people too because it’s a useful tool uh all right that brings us to number three superintendent goals now we had originally tabled the actual vote on this because there was a strong feeling that as all of us should vote on this you’re not a full committee again I’m happy to table this to the next meeting so that I think that it’s really important for all of us to to support this and say we support this I don’t no one has come at least to my attention and said that there’s things that we tweaked a few things and John Redline

42:53 goes but I have not heard and you may have heard differently that there are things to change Beyond them but I personally would still like to have the full committee to vote on this unless you John want to vote now or someone who feels strongly you know I I think it’s really important that all members vote on this but I’m I’m also happy that she hear of the discussion no I’m fine with either way um you know John notes we’ve had a conversation and he knows my thoughts yeah and you’re you’re not waiting to work on this so you yeah you hear from us you’re working um Allison and Megan do you feel you know that if this is okay to wait to wear a full committee fine with that and like you said it’s not like John’s not working

44:41 um that brings us to our subcommittee and liaison updates um so I’ve met with Nan to follow up um I met with Dan um after our last meeting and we continue to really struggle to be totally honest um with making sure that the teaching and learning subcommittee could stay within a school committee purview rather than becoming to granular and operational so I think we’re going to just kind of table it for the time being and you know if it I think there’s there’s pieces you know we we’re still really working to rebuild this district and and I think Beverly has had obviously everybody’s been through the pandemic but Beverly hasn’t had the same turmoil that we’ve had with kind of within and and shortly before so I think you know

45:26 um it can obviously if we see fit and want to bring it back to the community this year or you know in subsequent committees um you know that ever starts to make sense and we have the mass um conference coming up in a couple of weeks that’s be a really good place to hear about how other what’s going on in other communities and like like we heard what’s going on in Beverly there might be something else so it’s it’s a lie but yeah for now uh Megan I see your hand up

45:58 yeah I was going to give my update so as long as you know we can finish this conversation if there’s more to be said were you good sir go ahead I just want to look out we have a safety committee meeting and I want to look over if there’s anything that I can actually okay yeah no so I had um I attended the CPAC meeting um last week as the CPAC liaison for the school committee um so just a few things that came out of that that I wanted to let the committee and the community know about um first of all CPAC will have their board meeting next Wednesday at 7 pm so that’s October 26th at 7 pm those are open meetings and definitely a good way to kind of hear what’s going on with the CPAC and also they had planned to do

46:45 um a presentation by the Asperger and autism Network I believe it was supposed to be this weekend but there or this week but they are going to reschedule that so more information to come on that um so keep an eye out on their website and their Facebook page because I think that will be a really useful presentation um just to make you know just help support students and Families

47:13 yep sure absolutely um and then Finance facilities will be meeting the second week of November that’s going to follow the Forum on budget so that we can kind of get gather that data from the community that’s really important to us um and then also that first week between meetings in the masc conference it’s pretty booked but that will be getting together um hey Sarah just a quick question I don’t know if this is the right place for it but we’ve talked about the masc conference a couple times um so if you want to if a jump in the gun let me know but that’s um during our next scheduled school committee meeting so I don’t know if we want to reschedule that Lisa was gonna we originally had scheduled it for Wednesday evening um over the summer we used to pick that Wednesday but since then

47:59 um some further bookings that come out from masc and they’re having a keynote speaker on Wednesday night that would be pertinent to Dr but Ian um I want to you know encourage that um that he wants to be able to engage in that um so there was a question of can we move that to Tuesday so um I am okay with that but if you guys want to just shoot an email if you check your camera there’s and you let us know if that works for you to move it up to that Tuesday um then we can we can do that you know we can do the scheduling online and you guys can all reach out to other myself or Lisa and then she would she can put it in her
