Director reports strong beach water quality; air quality monitoring and health inspector retirement noted

All town beaches have tested well below the 104 Enterococci limit this summer; health inspector Bobby Cody will retire in fall.

Read

Director Andrew (last name not captured) covered several items:

Beach testing: Weekly sampling at five public bathing beaches shows most results below 10 Enterococci per 100 mL, well under the 104 maximum. Recent slightly elevated readings: Grace Oliver Beach 63, Gashhouse Beach 41, Devereux Beach 31. Grace Oliver’s Beach requires immediate closure on a single failure; other beaches require two consecutive failures. The board agreed to create a link from the town website to the state’s beach-testing portal. Statewide, 50 of approximately 1,100 beaches were closed the prior week.

Air quality: Three Purple Air particulate monitors operate in Marblehead; residents can view live data at purpleair.com.

Health inspector retirement: Bobby Cody plans to retire late September or early October. A job posting will be issued in early September; the department hopes for at least a week of overlap.

Board votes to pursue replacing transfer station employee trailer concurrent with compactor installation

A motion passed unanimously to make trailer replacement a goal timed to the compactor swap, expected late September or October.

Read

A board member moved to replace the aging employee trailer at the transfer station at the same time the new compactor is installed. Discussion centered on whether to act now given uncertainty about timing and the pending construction of a permanent scale house. The director noted that moving the trailer twice should be avoided, and that coordination with the architect, plumbing, electrical, Marblehead Electric Light, Verizon, and the scale company would be needed. After debate, the motion was amended to frame the replacement as a “goal” to be coordinated with the compactor project. The motion passed unanimously. A resident, Terry Toro of 113 Jersey Street, spoke in public comment to thank the board, noting the trailer is seven years old and another winter in it could be problematic.

0:25 All right. It’s close enough. So it’s seven 30. I’m gonna call the Board of Health meetings to order. Uh, it’s July 11th. It’s 7:30 PM Uh, welcome, Tom. Welcome all the other members. Uh, begin tonight. We’ll start with reorganization. Uh, this is the standard procedure after a new election. Uh, so do I have a motion for a chair? I’d like to nominate Joanne Miller. I think it’s the most appropriate choice, meaning point, have a little tension between us right now, some kind of trust issues. So I think because of that to the be it’s for the best of Marblehead. If Joanne was chair, Do I have a second on that motion?

1:02 So we’re hearing none. Uh, do I have another motion for a chair? I would like to make a motion to nominate Helene Hazlett to chair the Board of Health. And do I have a second for that?

1:14 I seconded. Okay. Have a second. Any discussion? I think it’s, uh, not the correct decision. I think, uh, chair should, uh, show leadership qualities and the major leadership quality, um, would be what one that comes to mind would be, uh, doing what everyone else is supposed to do. I’d say adding a sticker to your car to use the, uh, facilities is a big one. I think that has spiraled outta control and because of it, um, it’s a portion of our general override. It’s because of that. Um, my numbers show that we’ve probably lost, um, in the six figures of money, uh, because people aren’t using stickers. And I think that spirals from leadership. So I think, uh, a chair should be a leader, and that’s a big part of it. So that’s one example I have where I don’t agree.

2:02 And I think we’ll have plenty of time to discuss that, but at this point, I’m gonna call for a vote. All in Favor? Can I, can I make a comment? Yep. And just, um, I, I would just like to speak to the leadership that I’ve learned so much from Helene and the two years that I’ve served on the board with her. She is fiercely devoted to the community and to the

2:25 trust that the community has in the board in terms of proceeding with the best interest of the community at heart. And I think that she brings so much experience to the role and also having experience in on other boards. And throughout her tenure, she, she has a great deal of, um, expertise that I really value and, and look to for her leadership. If I may Just, I think a great step would be to put the sticker on the car tonight. Uh, all in favor of Lane Haslet as the chair In favor, you know, do roll call Anymore easily. I’ll do a roll call, but no, I do not have to do a roll call. We’re all in person. It is hybrid, but we’re all in person, so I do not, but I will do a roll call. Alright. Uh, Ms. Joan Miller in favor? Uh, to,

3:11 not in favor, uh, Ms. Joan, uh, Ms. Lane are easily in favor. Okay. So Elaine will be the chair for the next year. At this time, I will hand over the meeting. Thank you very much. And thank you to my colleagues. And, um, I would, uh, like to nominate, uh, Joan Miller as the vice chair, and I’d like to see if we could have a second to that, please. I’ll second that. All those in favor, Joanne? In Favor? In Favor. And myself in favor. Aye. So, um, with that little surprise, I hope that, um, that people will be appreciative, the comments that I have to make before we go to the meeting’s agenda. And I’d like to welcome to McMahon to their Board of Health. I look forward to healthy discussion and collegiality as we address the issues

4:00 of maintaining and improving the health of our residents. The board meets monthly, generally on the second Tuesday of the month. From time to time, it may be necessary to have an additional meeting. The board is obliged by the Commonwealth to follow the Massachusetts Open Meeting. Law and meetings are run according to the Roberts rules. Members in the audience are to address the discussion through the chair. Although members may have different viewpoints on an issue, once the vote is taken, the full board adopts and supports the decision. Even though there may be a difference of opinion, the board will come together for the common good, healthy, and respectful discussion is always welcomed. The agenda is set by the chair, with the director, with input from the other members of the board. It will be available to the community at the time of posting.

4:46 There is opportunity to add or change the agenda at the discretion of the chair. We want to thank members of the community for their interest and participation in the board’s business. And we look forward to continuing the important work on behalf of the wellbeing of all the citizens of Marblehead. And now on to tonight’s agenda.

5:10 The, uh, first agenda item is been taken care of in the organization, and the next item is, um, Ms. Miller will, uh, give us an update on mental health task force. Thank you, Helene. Good evening. Uh, the mental health task force, um, has usually there’s a little bit of time taken off in the summer, but this year we’ve decided to build a subcommittee to create a strategic plan. And we’ve got some wonderful tenured professionals on the task force who have experience in building a strategic plan. And, um, looking to some of those members for Mark lvo, um, Melissa Kapowi, Terry McDonough. And,

5:57 um, based on Forget, um, Susan Oke, uh, all convened in a subcommittee. And we are going to, we had a brief meeting, putting the agenda together earlier this evening. And our goal is to really set important goals, um, going forward for this year, and then looking out over the next three years as well, so that we can certainly meet, try to meet the urgent needs surrounding mental health as our task force. Um, starting out, we’re gonna present a North star. We want to have, we have the mission that was earlier, uh, presented when the taskforce was workforce was created, and that really had a focus on mental health during the pandemic.

6:45 And now we’re looking out, maybe we’re in a different place here with respect to the pandemic. And going forward, our goals have changed. And so we’re gonna really do a deep dive and understand what, uh, our goals should be. And then we’re going to hopefully break out into some, uh, smaller committees so that we can really have organized focus on each, uh, the goals that we set in our strategic plan. So I’m really excited about this. I’m grateful to have so many, uh, wise members on our board to, you know, drive this forward. And hopefully we’ll be able to, uh, get a lot of energy behind the strategic June a date for, for a subcommittee meeting. Yes. We are going to hold that on June 24th.

7:31 July 20, excuse me, July 20. I don’t want the summer to go this fast. Thank June, uh, July 24th. And at the Gary five offered the, uh, space for us to hold a meeting there. And they were just so warm and welcome to do so. And also, um, uh, Kirsten Bosworth has offered to help facilitate the strategic planning meeting. So, um, what’s her background? Her background is in, uh, she’s a communications specialist and she does strategic planning with different organizations. Um, it’s something she facilitates professionally and, um, she services she has. Wonderful. So, I I, I’m very grateful and I think it’s kind of what we’ve spoken about Tom. Yeah.

8:19 And Helene, there’s a great deal of investment from community members to serve our town, um, with regards to mental health, because it’s something that touches everyone. And, um, people wanna see us find some solutions. Do you, do you have room for more people in the subcommittee On the subcommittee? Yeah, we do. It’s, it’s, so I don’t wanna make it awkward with him being here, but I thought Tom Ro Yes. Would be a fantastic condition to it. Um, which I was gonna say anyway, but he’s sitting right here. I don’t wanna speak for you, Tom. I agree. I’ve spoken to Joanne. Okay. Yes. We, we, we are very excited to, um, Tom has been coming to the mental health taskforce meetings, and we would love to have, he’s got thoughtful ideas and a rich, rich,

9:08 robust background that we’re interested in, um, having his support on our, in our efforts. Great. He’s a good man. Yes. Thank you. That’s it for the reports. Oh, one thing I have to just ask and make sure that, that in order to have a subcommittee of your committee, you have to cannot have more than one, more than the number of your members because Right. You cannot have a majority of your members to serve on the subcommittee. So just keep that in mind as you grow. Thank you. The committee. And, um, otherwise it’s not subcommittee. Thank you so much. Yes, we, we tried to align with that and, uh, really at our last meeting, we just had some people, we said, who would like to participate in this and who had the time and energy the summer

9:56 to do so. And, uh, the people that put their hands up, The correction that I just described. Great. Looking forward to Wonderful. Happens. Me too.

10:09 Report. All right. Just a few items to cover. Um, so I have sent out an email to all of you regarding the conflict of interests while education requirements. So everybody needs to complete this. Uh, you need to print out the certificate and then hand those into us. Um, do you need them at the template? No. So she’s not gonna keep ‘em, so we’ll keep a copy in the office for, for our department. I already gave her some, so I’ll just get an extra copy and get Yeah, that’s fine. Um, but yeah, all the employees need to do it. All the board members need to do that. So if we can complete that, that would be great. Um, beach sampling, beach testing. So obviously we sample Bay Beach waters during the summer every week. Uh, we sample on Wednesday. It’s depending on the tide. Um, it’s no more than one hour before or one hour after high tide. Uh,

10:57 we have a curer that comes from the lab. We’ve actually had very good beach samples this wa this summer. Um, we have not had any failures, um, but obviously there’s been a lot of news about beach failures across the state. So I just want to kind of quickly go over this. You know, currently, um, again, we haven’t had any issues. Um, so the way it works is that we are testing for Enterococci. It’s an indicator indicator organism. Um, the maximum contaminant level is 1 0 4. Um, but we have generally been less than 10 for most of our beaches. Uh, grace, uh, gas house speech was 41 last week. Uh, Deborah Beach was 31. All the other ones were less than 10. Uh, the week before. Um, Grace Oliver Beach 63, gas House Beach,

11:45 uh, 31, um, Deborah Beach 10. All the other samples are less than 10. Um, we have five public bathing beaches in town, Deveroux Crocker Park, obviously because of the swim dock. Um, gas House, beach, grace Olivers. And then we switched between STRs Ski and Sunset Beach. We Village, um, Sora Ski is a, so STRs Ski is a public bathing beach, but we take a, a sample every other week at the Village dock, uh, where the boats fall up there. There’s often kids swimming in, people swimming there. So we take a sample every other week that’s not a designated public bathing beach. And then Sunset Beach is another popular area for people to swim. What is Sunset Beach? Uh, sunset Beach is at the end of Evansburg extension.

12:32 So name of the one, uh, opposite Dere slips In my mind. Right overhead. Yeah. Is that is not a technically Yeah. A public bathing. Okay. Yep. Um, but yes, there are often people, obviously the paddle borders as subs Yeah. Are all out of that. Um, but that is not a, a designated public bathing beach, um, for most of the beaches. So everyone, except for Grace Oliver’s Beach, if I get a failing sample, I’m allowed to keep the beach open. We go out and take a second sample. If that sample fails, then I’m required to close the beach for a Grace Oliver’s beach. It’s at a different tier. If I get one bad sample, I have to close that beach, and then I will re-sample until we have a passing water test and that can reopen it. There’s also a geome, uh, so a geome is a,

13:18 a constant tracking of all the numbers and they have to stay a good order. And that’s actually a much lower level. So we’re doing really well with all the, the less than tens. Um, but there’s been a lot of, you know, news about this across the state. Um, and just so everybody kind of has an understanding for this, last week there were 50 beach closers out of a total of 1100 beaches. So that’s 4.5%. Um, and that’s both saltwater and freshwater beaches across the state. So just wanted to kind of talk about that. Um, if you guys ever have any questions about that, please call the office. We can explain in further detail if you guys have questions. Um, I am gonna do a, a piece of John as well tomorrow on M HTV to China.

14:04 Just go over some of this as Well. So anything over 104, 104 higher, Is it considered a failure? Failure? And they could, most of them can fail twice, Correct? That’s correct. Now one other question. I had a couple of people reach out to me over the holiday, but we do not post, is this correct? They’ve told, they told me, cuz I don’t know if this is correct or not. We do not post the, the testing each week. So each week the, the state has a website that is posted, it’s posted on that, the official posting for the, but we don’t do it, we do not put it on our website. No, you Think that we should, people are asking for, I mean, it’s easy enough for people. I mean, we can create a link from, you know, from our town website to the state website so you can see all the information.

14:50 You can see because it’s, it’s important to look at not just this week’s, but like, kind of the history of the beach and stuff like that. So perhaps you, so we’ll create a link from the town website to the school website and let them know that they That would be great.

15:05 Yeah, cuz I, I got two questions from, and obviously if there is a failure, I have to post a sign. Uh, there’s a no swimming sign that is required to post and we try to make it as obvious as possible. Okay. And obviously we’ll do an email blast to a lot of the boards and committees. We’ll do a, you know, an email blast. We have a very large list serve, um, for the health department for emails and stuff like that. And we’ll push information out.

15:34 Uh, so our application to the planning board will be passed in on the 13th. Uh, we’ve been working with our architect and our engineer and that’s moving forward. Um, so we have a meeting with Becky tomorrow just to quickly just make sure we have everything and pass that application in. Um, the other big topic for the summer has been air quality. Obviously we’ve seen a lot of smoke coming down from Canada. We’ve seen other stuff. Um, so I just wanna kind of remind people that we do have a network in the, in the Massachusetts and in other areas. Um, and it’s called Purple Air. So we have live monitors in Marblehead that people can take a look at live data, um, 24 hours a day. And this is through purple air.com. Um, and so when you open up the website, you’re gonna go to Live Map and it’s gonna show you something like this.

16:22 And so these are the numbers, and so it’ll, it’ll explain exactly where we are, how high it goes and stuff like that. But there’s been a lot of discussion about air quality. Um, and so I just wanna remind people that we do have these three air monitors right in town, and then obviously you can look at other places around the area. Um, and, and obviously, or you know, honestly, like, you’d be kind of surprised you might, it’s a, a decent day, you’ll go on the site and you’re like, oh, I’m actually at a, a cri kind of a critical letter level, especially if you’ve have asthma or other health impacts. So that can be important information for people. Okay. Yeah. Does that, that’s specific to the pollution? That’s specific to the pollution, the air. Yep. And does it describe what pollutants are in the air? No, it’s particular matter. Yeah. So that’s not what the, the, um, device is actually picking up particulates in the air. So it’s a,

17:11 it’s a variety of particulates that it can be coming from. Everything from smog emissions, um, to, you know, smoke particles and stuff like that. The smoke, obviously you’re, you’re seeing ash particles and stuff like that.

17:25 Um, and the last announcement I have is that my health inspector, Bobby Cody, will be retiring in the fall. Um, so, you know, really excited for her to, for moving on to the next phase. Uh, she will be retiring, um, but that means in sure her plan is the end of September, early October. Um, but that means we’ll be looking for a new health inspector. Um, so obviously we’ll look out, you know, spread this information through the other communities that we work with. And then obviously we’ll be posting this job in the fall. Uh, we’re hopefully that will have some, a little bit of overlap. Um, we don’t have a huge budget, but we’re hoping that we can at least have a week overlap. Um, so, and that’s gonna, So you have the, uh, the job posted. Um, I will have the job posted I think at the beginning of September. And that will have the requirements on there. Yep.

18:11 That will have the requirements on there as well. Yep. Because if we know of anybody would like to That’s correct. So if you know anybody, send them, you know, have ‘em come and talk to us. Um, but yeah, we’ll be putting that job posting together pretty soon. And that’s it for the director. We wish you well and I know she’s excited cuz I, yeah, I, I heard it this week, so I did speak to her and, um, She’s worked really hard. She’s a really good employee. Um, so we wish her the best. She’s Done a great job. With Regards to your training application update, uh, with, with going in front of the planning board, does that include, uh, the replacement of the compactor? Uh, so that’s, so it’s the compactor building itself. Yeah. Um, so the, the replacement of the compactor is not part of the planning board decision.

18:56 Okay. It’s where the buildings and stuff like that will be. Do You already have that scheduled? Yeah. So we had to order that a while ago. Yeah. Um, so you, the schedule for the installation, So I don’t have the schedule for the installation. Okay. It’s being built. And then once we get closer to that timeline, Give an estimation. I think the estimate is end of September, October. Okay. Uh, so I’d like to make a motion to replace the employee trailer the same week. So if the place is gonna be shut down, we could, you won’t have too much time. Yeah. I think we wanna, you know, and I don’t have a problem with that at all. We can, you know, obviously, you know, there can be a second to this, we know further discussion. Um, obviously there’s gonna be a lot of coordination. We wanna make sure that that’s the, like one of the ideal times that Yep. Taking place, that trailer. Oh, that’s why it’s given Yep. Tons of time.

19:44 So I think, you know, we’re gonna wanna work with the company that’s gonna be, we wanna know exactly when that compactor is gonna come offline and have all those details worked up to that. We’re also gonna wanna make sure that we have all our other people that are gonna be able to change the trailer out in place. Yep. Um, so that’s gonna include plumbing, electrical, obviously Marble had electric light, um, Verizon for the cable and then the scaled company. So, but mm-hmm. Obviously we’ll have plenty of time to kinda work, But it has never been brought up, so I wanted to make a motion to see Oh, we have talked about it, um, from time to time. Of course it’s been brought up at town meeting. Let’s take action on it. I’m taking a motion to take action on it. Well, uh, second for discussion. Um, alright. Discussion. I’d like to start that discussion. It,

20:30 it seems that in our talks that the trailer was only gonna be temporary. Yeah. Obviously we’re, you know, part of the project is building a new scale house, right? So Yes, some of that scale house people, how long will this trailer be in place? So I think obviously we can, you know, it’s, it’s July. If that compactor is coming in end of sep September, October, we need to talk to our architects and begin to take a look at this. Um, I mean, I, I don’t think, you know, obviously you guys can vote on this now and I can come back with more information and we can change things. The cost Of replacing the trailer is extremely minimal and it’s a very good sign of good faith to the employees and to put them In. Well if it’s only gonna be for six months and we have to, It’d just be a great sign of good faith to the employees and the cost is extreme. Well, You’re interrupting, excuse me, if, um, if it’s,

21:17 I I’m trying to ask you how long is it going to be in place before we get the new building? I’d have to talk to the architect to see, so we don’t have The information to make sure. So, um, that’s why I seconded for discussion. And I, I think, I think that makes a lot of sense. We’ve looked at you, you had done a lot of research into the, the process of getting a new trailer. And it’s not that it’s costing too much for the trailer. Right. More so than what we’re paying for the current trailer. It’s all of that work and having the transfer station closed for that amount of time. So if it’s gonna be closed to put in the new compactor, I think, yeah. I think the other piece that we want to talk to our architect about is that we don’t wanna have to move this trailer, potentially not have to move it twice.

22:04 Mm-hmm. So ideally we talk, work with our architects, that would be the right time to, like, if it needs to go to a new location, can we find that new location? So it’s not in the way of constructing the scale house. So that, that is something that, you know, the architect and I are, you know, like can begin to look at, um, you know, I think that’s the big oth you know, we wanna make sure that we’re not doing this twice. So to clarify Yeah. The, the trailer, the current trailer Yep. You Have said to us, and we’ve, and I’ve been up there to see it Yep. That things that people complained about were, were, which were not even the people that were using the trailer are, are rectified. So yes, all that’s in the past, but I think, you know, what Tom was saying,

22:53 I think this is like a, you know, trying to move forward and put some good faith there to say, you know, this is a team, we work as a team that the board, myself, our employees up there, we all want to work together. And so if this is what can build that teamwork and team, sure. I think that’s a great effort on the board. Obviously we want to make sure that the work we’re doing is not repeated. We want to be financially responsible, we wanna be time sensitive so we’re not closing the transfer station for a longer period of time. Um, you know, I think maybe Tom can generalize and say, you know, we wanna make this motion say this is our priority for the board. We want to take a look at this and see when the best time to train this trailer out is. And as soon as we can do that is what we’re trying to do.

23:39 But what I’m saying, are you gonna do it for two months or three months or six Months? I don’t think, I don’t think it really,

23:46 I think the idea is that I think, you know, I think what he’s trying to say is that we’re trying to put forward a good faith effort to say we understand your concerns or your needs and stuff like that. We want to be proactive On this. But what I’m hearing from you is that everything is taken care of. It is. But I think, you know, people are, you know, this is something that we continue to hear requests about. So I think it, it’s best for me to go not John, Not from the No, no, from The workers. So I think it’s best, you know, I can go back and talk to the architects and talk to, you know, make, try to figure out when the best time to switch out this trailer is and continue to communicate to the board about this. Well Then he’ll have to withdraw his motion if we you’re gonna look into something because if we make a motion or, or vote on the motion, which is on the table right now, if we vote on that motion,

24:34 that means that we are going to get a new trailer. And, and Obviously the board could revisit it, the idea and say, Hey, we have new information and, and, and come back to it. But that, that is up to the board if you guys wanna move on this motion or if you want to table this motion that is up to you. Do you want table it? Do you want I I think, I think there’s value in moving forward with this opportunity because I think that timeframe, you know, everything, every construction project takes a lot longer than we would’ve wished. Yep. And so perhaps it makes sense to, you know, fix this now considering even though we’re optimistic that we’re gonna come in, in a timely fashion with this completed project, we should make sure that, and maybe we

25:20 Need that information. If it’s two months, would you still wanna do it? I think, I think that may be reasonable because I think if it’s, if if it’s, if the transfer station is gonna be closed, if we’re doing it when we’re switching out that compactor, that could be very reasonable. Nope. I, I think it is something that, you know, everything was fixed on the trans on the trailer, but it, it’s still not, you know, ideal. Hopefully because, but I also remember in the conversations that we had about getting a new trailer, that the new trailer, it may not be that much better. It may be a newer trailer. I assume the layout’s gonna be the, the same thing. But obviously we, You know, we hope to have a cleaner. Yeah. Nicer.

26:05 Something. We’re hoping that I would love to have a new trailer, but like obviously we try to go to the site and take a look at that, what they have. Um, but Okay. But yes, I mean, I think obviously the, you know, I hear the board loud and clear. I think we want to gather more information. Um, you know, I Could you add that to your motion? You, you, we need to gather more information because you made a motion to get a new trailer. I, I think my motion is what I want it to be. Could you, I mean, Andrew, I think it’s implicit that Andrew’s gonna get more information on it, but I think the goal of getting a new trailer during the time when the, my motion to get a new trailer during the time when the compactors replaced. Well, I think if you put the word goal in your mess, your, your motion, it would help. Because if he says that a Goal of replacing a motion to a goal of replacing the trailer at the same time

26:54 that The compactor is. Yes. And if he says that, you know, it’s impossible to do it. It has, I think we’ll make this, try to make this a priority. Obviously you need a lot more information, but we’ll, we’ll gather that information and the board will make the best decision on it. All right. So does the recorder have the motion was the word goal in it? Yep. And, uh, you, you made the motion. You seconded and All right. All in favor? Aye. In favor. Yeah. So I obviously I’ll talk to the architect. So I’ll talk to the o p and we’ll begin to obviously really take a look at this and, um, to goll try and replace it as soon as possible. Okay. Good. Um, and that was your last, uh, yeah, that was my

27:42 Last, yep. Right. So, um, before we go the public, uh, comment, um, I would like to just slide in, uh, a very easy new business because, um, before Three, uh, meeting minutes, so Oh, Yeah. They’re not on here. They are. I don’t know what, oh, I’m sorry. Yeah, yeah. I’ve got to, okay, let’s go with the August 11th, I mean April 11th. Once first we’ll go in order. You wanna, uh, say that you’re present? Uh, Uh, I, I was here, But they’re just not on the board. Yeah, right. Yeah. Present. Yeah. Well wait. So, um, I’d like bring, somebody will need to make a motion to approve Present. Yeah. I’d like to, uh, ask for a motion for the April 11th, uh, minutes as received. I would like to make a motion to approve the April 11th minutes as received.

28:30 Present. I’ll second it first. Okay. I really have just stepped down from the chair formality. So, um, now all in favor, favor first, um, the May 9th minutes, uh, as received. Um, um, I’d like a motion to accept please. Aye. Would like to make a motion to accept the minutes as received from May 9th, 2023. And I have to step down from the chair to second it and present. Present. And those approve. And the, um, June 13th minutes, they, they were pretty extensive. Thank you Marty for, uh, working with us on him.

29:18 He’s doing an excellent job. This is a new task for him. So, um, so I would like to make a motion to accept the minutes from June 13th as approved, as a, as written. It’s, um, and I’ll step down from the chair to second it present and, um, that’s present. So that’s all. I’m sorry. I was going by the, uh, agenda. I apologize. Was one other thing. Oh, we didn’t vote. We just, we didn’t vote that last one, one before it. Yeah. So you need to say all in favor. In favor. Yeah. You need to say, yeah, I didn Own that one. All in favor. In favor.

30:01 Few times. He said he was present four times.

30:07 All right. So, um, well, I just want to, uh, slide in some new business that was discussed before the election. That, uh, Tuesday, August 8th is not a good night. It’s this conflict in which except Monday, August 7th. Could you put that on your calendar, please? Took this isn’t done very often at all. That works for me. I think you had already put it on. You may have put it on. Uh, put it on. I put it on. Yeah, that’s fine. Okay. So we’re meeting August, uh, seventh, Monday, August 7th, seven 30 here. That will be posted with the agenda, um, as instead of, so thank you very much. Um,

30:54 we’ll take, uh, comments from the audience as we’ve said in the past. It’s not a question and answer period, but we would be happy to receive comments and if there’s anything that we need to look into or respond, we’d be happy to do that at our next meeting. And Andrew’s doors always opened if it’s something that needs to be addressed before that or tomorrow morning. So, um, are you gonna be in tomorrow morning? I’m just saying. Yep. I’m just saying that. So, uh, yeah. So comments from the audience by hand? Yes. Hi. Terry Toro, One 13 Jersey Street. Um, I just wanna thank the board for considering replacing that trailer. It’s seven years old. Um,

31:40 I doubt that this project’s gonna be done in two months. I think, um, another winter in that trailer would be, could be scary, you know, um, it’s just weakening over the years. We could have a big, big snow, you know, heavy snow, snowstorm, wind, whatever. I think the employees will be really happy that that’s being done for them. So thank you. You’re welcome. Anyone else?

32:07 I don’t have anybody online that’s raising their hands. Nobody’s raising their hand online. Good. All. Alright, so this, uh, was a brief meeting. It was for the organization. I thank everybody for coming, for being on, on Zoom. And, uh, we hope that we’ll have similar audiences right along. Motion. Ur. And I’d like to make a motion. A motion to adjourn. Motion. I’d like to take a motion to adjourn meeting. Yes. Uh, you second it. Second. No, those in favor. In favor. In favor. In favor. Thank you. Alrighty.
