0:00 practical stuff

0:05 All right. I’d like to bring this meeting to order and pursuing directly into a public hearing. That we are picking up from the public shade tree hearing of July 27th 2022. And on July 27th, we’re held the public hearing on the removal of a public shade tree. The board voted to continue the hearing to August 15 today to allow the board to gather more information and it’s part of that process. I’d like to invite the Town Administrator for an update on this. Thank you. so after the discussion of the last meeting The the issues were immuneca requesting

0:51 to sort of relocating slightly a bus stop. To get it away from from the intersection area that it Parson blocks in the stops the ideal spot that they want to put it in. There were two cherry trees right in that area that would impede the ability to repeat a lot clearer access to onboarding operating in the Box. So as discussed the last meeting there was you know, some concerns over removal of the trees the location and those things. So since that time we’ve had a number of internal discussions though. I was away last week the the staff and Q. I asked

1:38 her to kind of leave the discussions of Continuum conversations with you know, the the residents right there and the different departments to sort of take a fresh look at the whole site. And so that we can come back with us solid recommendation as to you know, how that should be so the consensus came down and you know different people had So a different ideas of what they wanted to see ultimately the consensus that sort of met everybody’s common meanings came down to locating the bus where as it was presented at the last meeting by the MBTA which is slightly adjusted away from but next to the intersection where MBK will do the improvements there that one

2:25 of the trees will need to be taken out of the way because that that tree is going to be right where the loading offloading of the bus will be the other tree will be saved but it will need to be trimmed. So as the branches going into be able to sidewalking and such. So again, we had numerous people involved. Yeah, you know DPW engineering tree the residents right there police all take a look at it and we all came to the consensus of that should be the recommendation. Because what was presented last meeting, but again, we took a fresh look at and take consideration of all the

3:12 comics they were giving out last week. So thank you guys the second he’s suggested Monumental. Yeah. Yeah, that’s fine and are the applicants here online. They are I’m asking them to unmute if we have to get Katie Moulton and then Yes. Hello. How is everyone this evening?

3:38 Great. We cannot see you, but we can hear. I was going to share my screen if that is acceptable and I can show the the design of what it is that the town is looking to accept tonight. So let me yeah, okay.

4:00 I can share online. I’m not sure if everyone in the conference will be able to see excellent. Okay? Yes. It’s very good. Okay.

4:20 So thank you very much. We appreciate the town’s efforts in the last couple weeks to you know, discuss this internally and take a fresh review at it. You know, we this is we we had a lot of conversations trying to better understand where the revised bus stop would be located. This is the design that we are currently looking at the intersection the new curb ramp. You would have your rear bus stop sign just about five to ten feet away from the edge of the curb ramp you then have a 55 foot bus stop and that would still give you over 12 feet from the edge of the landing area where the bus passengers would be getting on and off to the center of the existing tree.

5:07 Okay. That’s right. That’s clear. anything else at this point nothing else has has really changed from the previous discussions that we’ve been having.

5:21 If there’s any questions that anyone has or anything, we’re happy to address those.

5:27 Thank you very much. And is Amy or the tree here you? Know yes, I know. I just I’m here, please.

5:41 It’s actually over there so we sat down. We heard from the residents that they didn’t want either tree removed. We discussed areas where the bus should stop or nonstop. Sliding it back and put it into the intersection. So that was pretty much a noble. And then we talked about where people would be coming from and going to with the boss and you know, a lot of concerns about Jay Watkins. So the further away you get that easier just across so we did Loop everybody in we talked to the homeowners and they Had graciously suggested last time there will one tree and saving another existing tree which as long as we can get our hike clearance

6:27 on the sidewalk. The tree Warden has said you should be able to save that tree. So we will we’re hoping to go forward with that. Kind of gives everyone it gives a good answer, but, you know, not perfect forever. It works and MBTA has shortened the bus stop length. So that gave us the ability to save the other tree too. So they’ve worked very diligently trying to come up with something that we’re

6:57 Any anything else to add John?

7:02 oh I met with the homeowner and explained how I’ve ruined the tree and the the removal the other one there was you know, and I provided blocking the site line that helps. The impact of losing the the one tree that we’re proposing the cut down, but the other one could be easily prone to meet the requirements. Okay, great. Thank you. Now before the board votes, I’d like to announce that you know, does anyone present wish to speak against this application?

7:36 Yes, please. Excuse me, Teresa charlin 46 Smith Street. My question is you’re saying you’re going to pull the bus up to the middle of the second tree. Why do you have to pull that bus up so far? Or did I misunderstand? It was sufficient distance from the end of 12. Sorry, correct. Correct. We will not be coming. What will the bus stop will not be it will be 12 feet away from the bus from the tree the center of the trunk of the tree.

8:11 Good. Thank you already. Appreciate it. Not at all. Does anyone present wish wish to speak in favor of the application?

8:21 Okay. If not, go ahead and close this public here. And like open a discussion for about Jackie, please. I just would like to say that I think this is the best that can be done with the situation, please. Yes. Thank you. Yes, I agree with Jackie and I just also wanted to say thank you to Thatcher and Amy in our tree warden for the meeting of the minds and making that happen and indulging like the extra time to just make sure when all the transitions have happened.

8:59 There was that current. consensus Yeah, no same thing and thank you for you know touching business residence, and we can solve this problem with everyone’s concern is and try to find the best solution we can with all those here. So, thank you. the due diligence

9:21 pretty good. I think then what we’ll do is we’ll move forward to approve second motion we have here on our sheet. To approve and I like to entertain the motion to approve the request from wsp USA by amending the requests to remove and replace one prudists early ones that I’m flowering cherry tree on pleasantry just North Smith Street and to prove that the second prunessirally harmless on Cherry Tree and no problem town and importance with the town shade tree regulations under the supervision tree Warden receipt of the certified Certificate of Insurance and police details that’s needed. Hello and secondly second all over the day. At units. Thank you very much

10:08 all for your efforts. It’s a good photographers the great. Thank you. Alright you everyone. Thank you. Thank you very much. Okay. Thank you guys. Thank you. Take care. okay, next item on our agenda is a zba interview appointment for alternative alternative member and

10:39 the only typically what we do is we take the applicants and alphabetical order. Okay, and we do have a number of questions for each of you. So I’m going to have would like to ask one of you that are marked leaving. if you could kindly leave the follow up follow God and follow us guys. Say leave from the Throne of science. Thank you. Very appreciate it. Appreciate it, and you know with that I’d like to invite Mr. Right up to the table. You know welcome. Thank you.

11:19 Thank you very much for Real Performance here course.

11:26 Appreciate it. I’d like us to start the question and just keep tell us a little bit about yourself the kind of as part of that. Tell us what kind of qualifications experience and background brings.

11:42 My name is Clayton bright. I’m a

11:46 relatively recent residents and level right here people last year and to say we were thrilled with the our time so far in understating. we’ve been really excited about the community and robbery that we see with You what on these number of events, but just the civic pride that we see among the residents. I love practicing real estate attorney. I am Associated building in Boston. In terms of qualifications, I think my experience in real estate law. I’m Focus being in my

12:33 practicing commercial Landing other.

12:37 Real estate matters in commercial real estate acquisition this position the same. I think that experience would

12:50 to apply my my background and my professional expertise to matters for the zoning board as well as to understand and interpret the Commonwealth in town zoning code.

13:10 Thank you. Okay. Have you personally been before zoning boards of appeal? I have not. So if not, what would be your expectation of how applicants should be treated?

13:25 with with courtesy I’ve Well, not in front of Sony Boards of appeal. I’ve been before other administrative and legal bodies, and I when I’m the first on this side of the table, like I told Vine treated with professionalism and respect and I would hope to treat those before with the same professionalism right? Thank you. Together. Um, hi, what are the boards committees or town meetings? Have you attended or participated? And this would be my first one. My like I said my wife and I know relatively settled now. and I wanted to

14:11 I thought this would be a great place for me to leave my background to start to contribute to the community to start volunteering. Okay. Thank you. Alexa if you’re going into this word, what would you do from IRS yourself, you know becoming the most support. I mean thoughts on that is preparing for that position I would first reach out to you academic board and try and see what

14:46 they’re typical practice procedure is how they care for for. Hearings and to see if there’s anybody assistance to them every outside. Thanks for having alternative number, but if everything’s I can do Privately or in preparation for certain things. I could certainly my bank you.

15:15 Well, thank you that that oh, yeah. That concludes our discussion temperature. Okay. This is more governed by both.

15:33 Both County and state laws. How would you handle an applicant who may have had their application denied or revised or just plain unhappy with the ruling even though the board is following the town and state laws? Well, I would. I would try to do my best to give a clear picture of why that their application was denied. I understand. It’s like you said there’s conference. State and local regulations that need to be followed. So I understand at certain applicants. May not. Understand or receivable picture, but I think the best thing that a board could do is to speak and speak as

16:20 plainly as possible and provide as clear picture of even reasoning behind a denial I think. Thank you, please now the end of our questions and you can take your cheese day. Like or you could leave how great are you can say occurred? Okay. Thank you.

16:54 Welcome mark. Thank you. See well appreciate coming here volunteering and You process. What do you have a series of questions? Okay, I’m gonna start with the first one. Yeah, tell us a little bit about yourself and also the qualifications experience. Into something more so important for sure. I wasn’t born in Marblehead, but I’ve been raised here my whole life born in Boston with lifelong resident. So there’s dispute on that graduated from Marvel at high left for four years ago to school came back and started working in town. Some of my first jobs other than teaching sailing and children’s Ireland were working for landscape companies and

17:39 construction companies. I started my own construction company in 2010. Ran that until about a year ago because I opened up the kitchen and bath showroom in Salem and now I dedicated myself to that pretty much full time. So as far as qualifications go I’ve been builder in the town. I know, you know, I wouldn’t say I’m a zoning expert but my base knowledge was very strong. I’ve been before the zoning board many times.

18:07 And bring kind of a different perspective. I know a lot of the people on the zoning board. They all do a great job, but they’re a lot of Engineers and Architects and attorneys. There’s nobody there’s a builder or has that background. So I think I could really bring a lot to the table. Thank you. So you say you have been before the zoning board of appeals? Yes. How would you characterize your experience with the commission as you went to the process? Um, but I’ve been through a few different times some representing customers some just as a Observer and commentator when there’s when my customers have been dealing with it either independently or with an attorney. I have been through the zoning board myself a personal matter

18:52 and

18:56 I would say that every time I found them to be fair and reasonable whether I agree or not, that’s a different story, but I understand that there’s a lot more to it than just making everybody happy. There’s there’s a code to uphold and it’s a position where sometimes you can make friends and sometimes enemies, but as long as you bring Integrity to the position that you’re doing it, right and I feel that that’s always been the case in my experience. Thank you.

19:23 Um, what other boards communities are telling meetings have you attended in our participated in I’m not I’ve never been at how many Town position before but I haven’t been before the open historic many times Conservation Commission. I have a great working relationship with the entire building departments and half throughout history my history as a building that is but but as far as holding other, you know appointed or elected positions. I don’t have any local experience with that.

19:57 So if you were going to be appointed, can you talk me through what you’re supposed to be to familiarize yourself with the position and what you would do to kind of you know, prepare yourself. Absolutely. Haven’t you talk a little bit about my experience? Yeah. Well, I mean having to be acknowledge is super helpful. I think I could jump in and very quickly and effectively but certainly I would like I did last week read through the whole zoning by law again to several times take notes. I already have lunch highlighted and and they shared areas when they’re ability to kind of falling through certain categories. So there’s there’s things that I’m very familiar with because you

20:40 Deal with the same thing over and over and then there’s certain other things that are less common or lessened your wheelhouse. So I try to familiarize a little bit more with the areas that are a little more distant to me. I certainly would seek the expertise of the existing members who have dedicated a lot of time and a lot of years to the position and try to learn as much as I can from him and get some of the finer points and talk to them about how they make certain decisions and how they use, you know, some of the homes clear cut some of it leads a little too interpretification and I’d like to learn a little bit more about how they wanted those two things to you know, Working with effective way and that’s how we address it. Yeah. No, that’s awful you I’m congratulations on your story. You said that? You started to stop to construction about a year ago that you do

21:27 not my plan is is not to and the kitchen National room and Salem. I opened five years ago business is simultaneously which was challenging especially with two young kids at home. And now I’m very happily transitioned away from construction. And this is something I’ve always wanted to do. I remember casually mentioning years ago or to actually zoning attorney to comment that someday. I’d like to be on his own anymore Nash and how to do it. I never thought I could because it seemed like a conflict of interest, but now that I’ve been out for a year. I think it’s a great time to to get my feet but

22:11 Welcome and thank you again for volunteering. It’s very gracious for anybody. That’s both. So the zoning board is governed by county and state laws how we handle an applicant who may have had their application tonight or revise or just playing unhappy with the decision. But even though that you know, the board all the rules of Lost the clarify that somebody who went before zoning and wasn’t happy with with the decision board called all that necessary laws and I think like anything that he used to defuse any sort of hostility and try to find common ground and explain it in a way that makes sense and hopefully

22:57 the other person would Kind of see the other point of view. I mean, it’s actually anything you do in life is all about what your point of view is. That’s I’m slightly related why I think being you know having a building background. It’d be helpful also dealt with subcontractors homeowners Happy People angry people even in the Kitchen business something’s delayed because of you know, a covid shutdown of the factory and we have to explain to a customer or contractor why their cabinets are coming in time, which is rare in these days, but we have a lot of that and over the last few years, especially I think I’ve gained a lot of experience and skill with diffusing situations looking for the positive and finding common ground and creating effective working relationships, even when we’re disagreements.

23:45 Great. Thank you. Well that concludes our our questions answering and I think dialed people check to see if there’s the right. Thank you so good. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Appreciate your voluntary.

24:14 This is the this is the point in which we entertain that discussion and take a typically take a call vote. And whoever gets us a free version majority first therefore he is the one that is is selected.

24:34 Any comments or should we do? do we have a motion to put them both in the Yes, we should do that. I think that. Yeah, I’m outside by both Clayton rice and largely in new consideration for one position. Well, that’s it when we take them. All right. So is there any I guess we’ll go ahead and do that right now. If there’s any discussion, so I’d like to entertain a motion to enter Mr. Clayton bright and Mr. Martin into considerably. Someone second always there.

25:14 So why don’t we go ahead around the table if you go ahead and do yeah, continue the rotation so start with Mr. Knight. Okay. Again, thank you both for volunteering as I said to both you. It’s a courageous thing really appreciate it. I’ll cash my mobile vote for remarkably. Okay, is that bell pepper? That’s all right. I think we’re lucky to have two really. good candidates, but I have to make a choice here. So I’m Mark. I’m going with monthly. and this same

26:01 Yeah, hi. Thank you. Yeah, thank you both for your volunteers. And this is a tricky position. Obviously, you know just stated, you know, really governed by that state love also with contributing the codes and the changes tonight see the thing, you know some things on the horizon with zoning that could be probably changing. So but that respect once again, thank you here.

26:31 Okay. He’s a student ticket price. Okay, do not yet have a majority. And again, I do want to thank you both very very much for stepping up to the plate and volunteer as always. We’re blessed to have such talent. And with that I’m going to go ahead and vote for for morally as well. So thank you rooms are. My video on that and thank you both for coming.

27:04 yes, and it’s really that you need to be sworn in at the corporate’s office at the school students from the activities so you can do that works offices open tomorrow. We’ll congratulations and please like don’t let this discourage anything. Yes, please sounds running volunteers it really thank you very much. Of course. Thank you. Great. Okay. We’d like to now move to the cultural Council interview an appointment and I believe that his goal is here this world. Please come forward and welcome. Thank you for having. Oh, thank you for coming. Thank you for following us

27:50 here.

27:52 So this is a

27:56 three-year appointment and perhaps we could start by just asking me what interest you in the world. You know what? You’re what your background into your model. Sure, why this recently? My husband and I moved to Marblehead during covid. So he’s been trying to be as an age as possible just difficult during that time that we’re using that I’m a chance and opportunity both to get more knowledge and community in different ways. And I just have a passion for the Arts. I have served 20 years in military working in public centers and my work for humanitarians around the world that worked a lot of disaster supposed to stay inside and abroad still a month search and rescue and in those places what I often see is that when people are at their doc mcstower when the

28:44 tragedy has dropped challenges have been there one of the most healing lights in that darkness is ours. It’s country transforms everything. It is a way to for people to express themselves history to express individuality to find common ground to heal to become resilient. And just bring cultures together and that is what I love about the Arts. So when I saw the opportunity here to give this cultural counsel that looks to you know, bring the Arts to Marblehead to give grants and things like that. That would be a perfect opportunity. I also have done work nonprofits and NGO is writing room managing rooms diversity Brands. So I understand how they were but I also want to

29:30 see what else more community and we expand we have this beautiful Mosaic people who sit on account of community and I just want to be another little piece that Mosaic I want to add my differences my background whether it’s unfortunately I just was painting before I came here to get that what else might be here. But to see what other kind of art projects we want to just a traditional art that we can also bring to Marblehead that we can engage with your passionate people. I mean oil paintings are beautiful they lay out the history. There’s also carpets and the people who leave those carpets and the And it all around Marblehead that is our people put in their ideas together. They love their colors and and neuros and things like that. How do we Empower? How do we bring people together would be elderly because

30:17 there would be the youth whether it be all different cultures throughout this community on something common and that is why I found this position address.

30:36 Fantastic, very wonderful. Always I understand you while you were a Fletcher school, right? It’s like I heard the Fletcher school too. And yes, and you are a classic, you know, and and I’m proud to say classic graduate. That right. It was really wonderful read your story. Thank you. Any other any other questions? One of the nice things yeah, one of the things we don’t have to choose this that’s which is a hard thing with choosing between candidates.

31:21 Since this is that we move a motion forward to entertain. consideration on the phone

31:29 Assumption of

31:32 an appointment to you Jessica no, no And State University second. Okay, all the favor. Congratulations no matter thank you volunteering. Yes, actually that’s it yes and I’m reminded again that you should just want to talk anyway on right across the hall here it is as soon yes, sir. Where were you assigned for?

32:08 Jud Air Force firm most of my career and the next switch to the international guide at the end think it would be one week at a month two weeks a year. That’s you know that was in just before 2001 and then we ended up to play out of Otis. When I switched to the guards, the one second wing it was the 102nd Fighter Wing at that point. Okay. I was too six seven combat calm and two five three so we served. And to keep at the same time. We just didn’t cross paths. You might have been deployed together. I was in the middle eastern time and I just shifted in Asia.

32:43 How did you I think all right, I’m transferring from the active duty to the gardening on that one. Thinking about two weeks a year. Yeah, and when I retired my last four or five years I deployed three times. And you get here?

33:05 first You up? Unfortunately, yeah, okay. Thank you.

33:25 Okay, so we have next on our agenda is a one-day. entertainment license for the riptide And okay, it’s one day entertainment while I was thinking the left side from on August 17 2012 and 7:30 to 10. Thank you. Very I apologize I couldn’t sleep. Please. Forgive me. Now. That’s no problem. But please can be a great thing for two local establishments. Yes. First example reading the wrong woman in town. and there’s some great at the Fire Festival he’s moving

34:12 away would like to play at the riptide. We have security. Everything is covered. So just be great. Benefits of both of our eyes involved. Yeah Yeah, well, that’s crazy.

34:33 You know, if you could I just will wait before look. Yeah, you said it like very early no should be Wednesday at seven. No, but not only in the no. No, there’s 7:30, but then we’re in full comply until Any questions from the board? Okay. I’d like to entertain a motion because you’re not at the request from John Murphy assistant manager for one day entertainment license for live entertainment for the riptide 116 Pleasant Street on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 from 7:30 pm to 10:30 p.m. Subject to no music heard from the street songs.

35:17 And that’s unanimous. Thank you. Enjoy. Thank you. Thank you for waiting. So, thank you. Take everything.

35:26 Okay. So next on the agenda votes people of the motion of I think that’s approval or minutes for July 27th 2012 second. what’s unanimous Well, we have an ambulance contract and my understanding is that you know, this is a two-year contract or one year extension from a two-year contract with. Particular line is right here. No, would you like to give us a little background you should so it’s really a continuation of the services that that was already been violently community. So the previous contract expired. A year ago and it was

36:12 extended for one year and then we we ran into a few months of all the time and we reached to continue to service while we negotiate new contract. The terms of it same prices before it’s no cost to the town or the services awesome. The only the only payback to create was a little bit of language. We got to the type of coverage in the skill sets of the crew inside me. So again, it’s a it’s a trivia contract with one year. We’ve had our option and a one-year extension be on that for a total of three. Okay, so that’s all yeah, so there’s not a renewable. It’s it’s a new contract. Yep. Things are thank

37:00 you. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah any questions just wanted to know that. Lisa meet has also looked yeah. Yeah.

37:14 Yes, she helped. Thank people and thank you okay with that. I’d like to entertain a motion. For the contract between catello ambulance services in and the town of Marblehead as presented for ambulance services to the town and authorize the shared assignment contract on. how to board someone second all those days Okay. Yeah.

37:44 The third item on our agenda vote agenda is the vote act and this is coming to us. I understand from the from the state. And it’s in response to changes made section 72 master. 54 which now changes the charges that select boards automatically with detailing a sufficient number of police officers. possible for each polling location and that’s right over here together addition to that any thoughts. Right. It’s possible recent line change. So normally the chief. Would deploy as he or she would see fit through the law

38:31 changed it kicked it to the board to do it, but it’s going to be based on the recommendation of the chief. So I think it’s just yeah, it’s a Of course, we would assign responsibility. Yes the question. I’d like to entertain a motion to improve a sufficient number of police officers, but not less than one at each polling location in every election. They are into preserve order and to protect the election officers and supervisors from any interference with their duties into Aid and forcing along the way to elections as required by section 72 national law change in section 13 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2022 further to vote

39:18 to designate the police chief and his or her designate as the appointing for the police details for all future elections assigning specifically songs, according to scheduling availability. Whatever some motions removed and second all the favor. and generous the next is a lease with the North Shore Medical Center. It’s actually with my giving us a background. Yeah, so the notion that the standard has been under a lease agreement with the town for 50 years. For whatever good reasons at the time the terms were nominals. I

40:03 think dollar a year on the terms of it. But it expires next year. So the town had gone out to an RP process, which is really what it’s required to do for this position of real estate with the terms it received. Application and again just before my time for for reasons of what was in it in the response. All applicants were denied. The RFP was reissued in the North Shore Medical Center response came in given the terms of what the RFP was asking for.

40:48 What’s being put in place is a three-year consideration? Or 360,000 a year.

40:59 on that based on my understanding is by going with the three years rather than a long term is to give the town some more time for consideration of what it would like to do in the long term for that facility. So multiple parties agreed to the three-year term. It does generate a significant amount of new Revenue. to the town and that’s what’s being requested to your

41:33 Any other questions?

41:36 Certainly the timings from town. It’s important significant. a

41:48 and this is

41:56 awesome. Yeah, there is thank you. So like anything motion. There’s no more discussion to move the town entry into a lease for the North Shore Medical Center Inc for the property located at what would your way Marblehead for three years and consideration of 360,000 dollars per year triple that effective August 15 2023 and accordance with terms and conditions. It’s directly and rfv, which is a part of this record to authorize the chairs and execute the same. So secondly second favorite. Okay, unanimously approved. Our next item is a one-day liquor license for

42:43 the pleon yacht club and I have chance for fundraising events.

42:50 and yeah, it’s pretty straightforward one day liquor license over here any additional color on that? Okay. Yep. So there’s been there’s been a letter address to us. I just just detailing pretty much what’s in the Motions around recapituates. A lot of go ahead and erosion to approve a request from Alex robagnoli play on Yahoo board member for one day liquor license on Saturday on his 370 to the other day too from 6PM to 8:30 pm and put to be on Yacht Club 42 Foster Street or fundraising event subject to the fall. Delivery of and received by the licensing Authority require a fee which is fifty dollars delivery of and received

43:36 by the licensing Authority proof that the alcohol to purchase for authorized Source proof that we applied that the applicant can receive proper delivery provide from them and disposal of images purchase all the importance with the requirements of General section what they’re made alcohol we purchase and delivered from environment Valley distribution. Energy traffic so and can add a second, please. Thank you. There’s no better in favor. Yes. Thank you. It’s really hey Peter. This is not okay. It’s the greatest fan favorite. Okay.

44:21 Next our agenda is a lease vehicle from the DPW in the back that you could give us those background. So, this is a Google for visual for BBW at least two options purchase. It is a six wheel. That’s the six wheeler. Again, what I’ll do is Amy can give Larry give the details of the vehicle that’s really considered for the residue but terms or payments are several pages. Can You See Me 3 minutes?

45:03 Full payments 335,522 spread out over the five years.

45:10 So qbp well for having the other details as the the civics. so

45:18 Strapless picked up by the previous or look at so far by the previous CPW director. We’ll have some fine tuning in time goes on, but the total cross was 308,691. Um don’t body and 35,000 kpw International truck is what they’re looking at. They’re looking at purchasing through a government conference. So it will be billable country.

45:50 So I’ve spoken with the least people in order to lock this rate in payments won’t start until delivery of the truck. We do understand that there’s a long so The option was to lock this in and across the 67,000 a year. It’s already been approved in town and should just

46:16 what did you say that you really think it was 67? Yeah. Oh, yes, it’s between is the financing. Well, that’s exactly.

46:29 Well that I 335 522.

46:36 Sleeper now. What is the I could ask? What is what is kind of the terminal value? What’s the reaper job purchase option at the end of the properties somewhere in there I have. if you haven’t all right. To buy it. Yeah. No, you know what? It’s right. It’s honest page. Isn’t it? Be scheduled? Yeah. Oh you’re right. Thank you answered answer. Sorry. Yep. Okay, so that’s interesting. So that’s a full advertisation of the different specifically is that’s interesting. And this would be yeah. Yeah. Okay that answers the question. Is the least common any routine maintenance or warranty?

47:25 You know, it’s really just up on me for somewhere between

47:34 that I’d like to entertain a motion to approve the lease for a 2023 each USF a cast and truck as presented an authorized chairs on the back. Someone exactly I was in favor. Okay, let’s unanimous. Hey, thank you very much. Amy. Thank you.

48:14 what we are. Going to approve here to prove the Town Council Senator formal response to our water. Any attorney general as it relates to a blank filed by Mr. Wally the letter is contained in your packet. I think it’s pretty.
